Lockheed Martin: Maritime Systems & Sensors - Manassas, VA

Portico performs Facility Management such as: housekeeping, general maintenance, and landscaping services for the Lockheed Martin's Manassas, VA premises, which consists of 1.26 million square feet of building space on approximately 85 acres.

The on-site staff consists of a Site Manager, responsible for the housekeeping and general maintenance and landscaping teams. The on-site staff consists of a 42 person team including night cleaners, day porters, maintenance technicians, and groundskeepers.
